R. L. Crafter & Co Ltd is a plumbing/mechanical and electrical services company.
Initially formed in 1980 and now based in Croydon, Surrey UK.
Our geographical area of work is mainly within London and the South East of England, enabling us to provide a high degree of site management, including efficient and economic site installation.
We carry out a full range of services including Public Health and Mechanical
Services Installations in Schools, Health Authority sites, Offices and
Commercial Buildings, as well as Domestic New Build and Refurbishment
Contracts.
Our scope of works include Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation, Air Conditioning,
Gas and HVAC Controls.
We execute projects of various sizes ranging from small customised schemes up to large multi-disciplined contracts.
Irrespective of size, all projects receive the same careful attention from our
experienced contracts managers in order to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
The Company Director also has an active involvement with each new project as we aim to provide a high quality service.
We have built a strong working relationship with our directly employed staff
and we pride ourselves on the expertise of our workforce as well as our many high quality specialist Sub-Contractors we call upon as and when the
need arises.
This expertise is invaluable in today's high-tech and ever advancing building
services industry.
In recent years we have more and more moved towards Design and Build
Projects.
We carry our own Professional Indemnity Insurance in this respect and have now developed our design section to cater for all aspects of mechanical and electrical building services.
